Hi–I’m Claudia.
I help 40+ women turn deep expertise into a

I spent 25 years in finance - 15 of those in investment banking at State Street, UBS, and Morgan Stanley - before moving to a leading hedge fund.
I didn’t plan to become an entrepreneur. When I started my company, I was eight months pregnant, severely anaemic, and on strict bed rest.
A former client, someone I’d helped years earlier, called to “pick my brain” about launching his hedge fund. We talked through his challenges, I mapped out a plan… and then he asked, “Can you help me do this?”
I said yes, on one condition: I’m not allowed out of bed until this baby arrives. If you’re fine with a laptop, a phone, and my brain - you’ve got yourself a deal.
That was 2017. My business was born in the most unplanned way possible, and it grew entirely by word of mouth.
Today, I have a portfolio career - choosing projects that interest me, suit my skills, and allow me to work with people I admire and respect. This means my work is always high-impact, energising, and aligned with my values.
I coach mid-career women to turn their expertise into high-ticket coaching and consulting offers - without burning out or disappearing into the social media machine.
